Payment is due PRIOR to your scheduled lesson time.
Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be considered forfeited and no make-up lesson will be given. If I must cancel a class, a refund will be given. PREMIUM LESSON TIMES Weekday lessons from 3 pm-7pm are premium times. These times are only available for full time students who sign-up up a term at a time. There is no refunds for cancelled lessons. Students can request a reschedule 24 hours in advance and a reschedule will be offered IF a premium time becomes available. Or the student can attend a non-premium time slot. If one is not available the lesson will be considered forfeit. NOTE: currently all premium lesson spots are full and reschedules are only available when another student cancels or agrees to switch times. |
